Strikers during the previous patch were perfect, the patch before, the lantern hold ability you had to "re-press" it as it proc'ed vs. I considered remapping the keys to say using LT + LB for the legendary ability, but I haven't done this yet. This issue would happen after using the legendary ability. I'm not sure if this info is helpful, but I play with controller on PC.
